After an MRI, a specialist asked me to stop all forward-bending activities and avoid anything that could hurt my back. But with regular guided exercise, I became back pain-free within 6 months.

My immunity improved—I never fell ill with cold or fever. The flexibility and strength give me confidence, which is so important at 62. I've had heart problems, but feel better able to cope and stay strong. The teacher keeps me successful and continuously improving.

Once I recover from my current illness, I'd like to continue working on strength, flexibility, and mobility.
